大浦洞2號：周邊沒事，就會有事！

The US and Japan reached an understanding on March 12, 2009 that the test launching of N. Korea's Daepodong-2 Missile is not one of the "Situations in Areas Surrounding Japan" because the Daepodong-2 was a LRBM and Japan was not its target.
It seemed logical for that specific case.
Furthermore, how about N.K. launches MRBMs? Will the US and Japan define it as a "situation" or not?
On the other hand, based on the fact that Japan has recognized since 2006 that Taiwan was an area of "situation", is it a "situation" if China launches MRBAs at Taiwan?

We've got good reason to believe it a "situation" once China launches MRBMs at Taiwan. It will trigger a series of reactions from the US and Japan. (revised on16/19)

因為朝鮮是試射長程飛彈，所以不是攻擊日本，所以不算周邊有事。

從克制面上說，有道理。

但，朝鮮試射中程飛彈呢？有事、沒事？

中程飛彈＋攻擊台灣呢？

判斷，對此美日之間必然有所討論。但是，在訊息不明的狀態下，被釋出朝鮮試射不算周邊有事。

這，會不會容易讓人誤解？

沒事沒事，有事～
