Everyone has a different microbiome, like a fingerprint, unique. It turns out that about 3 kilograms of human body weight is the weight of the microbiome.

When we hear the word "bacteria", we naturally think of it as something related to infection and harmful substances that must be avoided and eliminated. However, not all bacteria are dangerous because of a mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship between the human body and bacteria.

Although the skin is our body's most extensive immune system and forms an essential armor for the body to resist external microorganisms, it is also home to many good microbiota.

Harmless bacteria on the skin help immune cells fight disease-causing microorganisms and play a role in immune response and skin health.

Bacteria play essential roles in the environment and food production. Bacteria can be used as food ingredients and in food processing. For example, lactic acid bacteria are often used in fermented dairy products. They can convert lactose into lactic acid, increase food's sour taste and shelf life, and have probiotic effects.

I will share a product that I often use, which has a lot of good bacteria to improve my intestinal health.

Bifina Si

Its ingredients include:

  1. Bifidobacteria: grows in the large intestine, inhibits terrible bacteria, and improves immunity, digestion, and intestinal function.
  2. Lactobacilli: grow in the small intestine and assist Bifidobacteria.
  3. Ore polysaccharide: also known as prebiotics, food for probiotics, helping the rapid growth of probiotics.

After taking it, I had regular bowel movements every day😄👍🏻.
