Maehara Seiji, Japanese former Minister of Foreign Affair, addressed in Kobe yesterday.  He noted that China tends to forge the history to serve its national interests.  The Senkaku Islands is just another case. 
Maehara also indicated that the reason why Beijing keeps intruding the territorial water, and annoying the contingent water of the Senkaku by her governmental ships is because they try to induce JSDFN to strike first.
That is the legal warfare the big two in East Asia are playing.  It is safe now, yet it might be extremely dangerous for one of them is preparing her "legitimate" war.

　民主党の前原誠司前政調会長は２９日、神戸市内で講演し、中国が尖閣諸島（沖縄県）の領有権を主張していることについて、「極めて事実をゆがめている。中国は自分たちの歴史を『つくってきた』国だ」と批判した。
　尖閣諸島周辺で中国公船が領海侵入を繰り返していることに関しては「中国は、海上警備行動が発令されて自衛隊が（尖閣周辺に）出ることを狙っている」と指摘。「挑発には乗らず、粛々と海上保安庁が処理することが大事ではないか」と語った。　（2012/09/29-21:00）

日本前外相前原誠司指責中國在釣魚島問題上「歪曲和偽造歷史」。

此前因政治捐款問題被迫辭職的前原誠司是日本首相野田佳彥重要政治盟友之一，即將再度加入野田內閣。

前原誠司星期六（9月29日）在神戶市一次演講中指責中國「極度扭曲歷史。中國是個一貫偽造自己歷史的國家」。

他認為，中國公務船不斷「侵入日本領海」是為了引誘自衛隊出動，以便得到對日本發動進攻的借口。
