Parenting
Don’t complain.
You won’t always be able to hear the cry,
Or check me peeing,
In the diapers.
For I am a hurry.
Don’t be angry.
You won’t always be able to deal the tantrums,
Or see me lying,
On the floor.
For I want a candy.
Don’t be sad.
You won’t always be able to find the body,
Or the foot putting,
On your body.
For I can’t sleep still.
Don’t bother.
You won’t always be able to hold,
Or piggy back me,
Down the road.
For I can’t walk that far.
Today is a gift.
Remember every hug and kiss.
You’ll know when it is gone.
Tomorrow is a must.
Study every face and foot.
You’ll never have these days again.
