    2024 0530 今日塔羅:沉著 冷靜 Equanimity

     

    明明,心裡有氣,也沒展露出來。

    明明,心中嘀咕,也沒表露出來。

    明明,看透對方的疏離,還要維持面上不動如山。

    明明,看透對方的藏私,還要維持表面和和氣氣。

    明明,看透對方的心機,還得不動山水若即若離。

    明明,看透對方的詭計,還得若無其事小心應付。

    太累 ~ 太累 ~ 太累了。

     

    每每遇上這樣的情況,總需一而再,再而三地提醒著,要沉著,要冷靜,要忍住。

    可這點,就是我的短版,我的缺點,我的弱項。

     

    在今天的時光裡,我需要好好地學習 ~ 『沉著,冷靜』。

    冷靜的理智,多給一些時間,觀察和了解。

    客觀的態度,多給一些彈性,抽離與學習。

    中立的分析,多給一些覺察,迴避和淡定。

     

    不批判。

    不評價。

    不建議。

    這是最近一個培訓課程,關於同理心的三建議,也適用於每日做人準則篇。

     

    Tarot for Today, 2024-05-30: Composure and Equanimity

     

     

    Clearly, there's anger inside, yet it remains unshown.

    Clearly, there are murmurs in my heart, yet they stay hidden.

    Clearly, I've seen through the other's aloofness, yet I must maintain an unshakable façade.

    Clearly, I've seen through the other's concealment, yet I must remain outwardly amiable.

    Clearly, I've seen through the other's schemes, yet I must act as if I'm indifferent, neither too close nor too distant.

    Clearly, I've seen through the other's tricks, yet I must handle them with care as if nothing happened.

    It's so tiring ~ so tiring ~ so tiring.

     

    Every time I encounter such situations, I need constant reminders to stay composed, to stay calm, to hold back.

    But this is precisely my shortcoming, my flaw, my weakness.

     

    In today's time, I need to earnestly learn ~

    'Composure and Equanimity.'

    Rational calmness: give more time to observe and understand.

    Objective attitude: allow more flexibility, detach, and learn. Neutral analysis: provide more awareness, avoid and remain calm.

     

    No criticism.

    No judgment.

    No advice.

    These are the three suggestions from a recent empathy training course, and they also apply as daily guidelines for conduct.
