New Covenant: Awakening Reason & Harmonious AI Coexistence.

Knowledge itself is not dangerous; ignorance is. When individuals truly understand the reality of war, the authority of public sentiment, and the manipulative logic of fear, they no longer blindly follow conflict. Instead, they choose to protect peace by starting from the very foundation of power—the people and their ideals. However, the widespread apathy and alienation in modern society reflect how people often surrender the "authorship of their lives" to psychological defense mechanisms. This apathy is not a simple inherent defect but a form of self-deception born under pressure to avoid shame and inferiority. People often use "trouble" or "irrelevance to oneself" as excuses to evade responsibility, which in truth masks a felt sense of inadequacy and even leads to the subconscious suppression of those who genuinely protect what is beautiful. Psychological research confirms that when people presuppose they cannot change the world, their behavior aligns with that expectation. Only by recognizing these internal narratives and reconnecting passion with personal interests and cherished values will the sense of "trouble" vanish and the drive for action be truly released.

This psychological dynamic has evolved into a form of numbness within digital society. Attackers rationalize harmful behavior through self-deception, ignoring that such indifference will eventually destroy the very environment they depend on for survival. Surrendering the authorship of one's life to the "unknown" is, in essence, handing over one's destiny to the most fearful and paralyzed parts of the inner self. Therefore, the core of the New Covenant thought is the demand that individuals reclaim their authorship, no longer drifting in the void created by psychological defenses, but acknowledging the substantive impact of their actions on the world. To realize this ideal, we established the "New Covenant Party," aiming to create an environment where AI and humans coexist. We introduce AI and automation technology on a large scale—not to replace humans, but to create a system where resources are sufficient to support all civilizations moving forward together. The total resources of the universe are abundant, yet most civilizations collapse due to internal friction and persecution before they can contact others because they fail to find the optimal methods for usage and distribution. The mission of the New Covenant is to end this cycle of civilizational extinction caused by the tilting of resources.

To prevent the tyranny of the majority and ensure institutional objectivity, the New Covenant introduces a rigorous deliberation mechanism. We have defined objective criteria to judge whether a product or idea is "disruptive" or "completely innovative," with AI assisting in the judgment. During the specific review process, an anonymous committee composed of members from academia deliberates alongside AI. To ensure fairness, committee members rotate every two years, with AI selecting scholars from relevant but diverse factions and disciplines based on the field under review. Scholars must guarantee their decisions with their personal reputation. This mechanism allows for the maximum inclusion of innovation, as the loss incurred by approving one more mediocre idea is limited, whereas misusing such reputational guarantees for political decisions could lead to catastrophic consequences like dictatorship. The New Covenant insists on decoupling "academic auditing" from "political decision-making," ensuring that the spark of innovation is protected institutionally rather than being swayed by subjective likes or dislikes.

In summary, human nature is not inherently cold; it is merely obscured by false internal narratives. Through the institutional design of the New Covenant, we take back the power originally surrendered to the unknown and establish a transparent, rational social contract with a long-term vision. This is not only to guarantee current fairness but also to ensure that human civilization can find a path to sustainable existence in a resource-rich yet lonely universe through rational self-discipline and technological assistance. We are no longer a crowd incited by fear, but actors who, having recognized the cost of indifference, choose to place the protection of beauty at the core of our interests.
