Therefore, actively participating in various forms of exercise and physical activities not only promotes mental health but also enhances emotional well-being, enriching life experiences.

In summary, the impact of exercise and physical activity on mental health is multifaceted, from the release of neurotransmitters to improvements in sleep quality. As psychologist Anthony Wareham states, "Exercise is a natural therapy indispensable for mental health." Therefore, we should encourage ourselves to actively engage in exercise and physical activities to enjoy the mental health benefits it brings, enhance emotional well-being, and cultivate a more fulfilling life.

When seeking professional psychological help, various therapeutic approaches are available. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a common method that targets negative thought and behavior patterns to address emotional issues. Another prevalent approach is Psychodynamic Therapy, which explores subconscious conflicts and repressed emotions to facilitate understanding and resolution.

Solution-Focused Therapy is another widely used method that prioritizes finding solutions rather than dwelling on past problems. This approach encourages individuals to focus on identifying strategies and resources for problem-solving to establish proactive behavior patterns.

Psychological therapy may also incorporate techniques like psychoeducation, emotion regulation skills development, relaxation training, and meditation. Choosing the appropriate therapeutic approach tailored to individual needs and circumstances is crucial for effective psychological assistance.
