About Choosing Street Food(上)

I'm trying to answer the questions from this article:

Not often. But if I know some street foods are famous in the city, I will try them.

I think that is Tainan 蝦仁飯(shrimp rice?), I don't know how to describe that, but I know it is definitely not fried rice with shrimp, they are totally different taste!

What I want to visit for their food is 馬祖. I have never been to 馬祖, but I want to go there in the future.

Because many people say the seafood is delicious there, I know many outlying islands of Taiwan have delicious seafood.

But 馬祖 has a special dish called "mussel[媽叟~](淡菜)". It is unusual in Taiwan and multiplies[摸特ㄆ來~](繁殖) in summer.

Different from clams, the meat of mussels[媽叟斯~] is bigger than clams.

People say it is sweet when stir-fried[史特夫賴] with garlic or boiled[波亦喔德] in soup. Especially cooking with sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice wine. in Taiwan, we call that"三杯淡菜".

That what I want to go there to try the street foods.

Vietnamese[V欸ㄊㄋ密斯] Egg Coffee.

In 2018, I traveled to Vietnam with my ex-boyfriend and his friends. Our point place was 河內, a place in the north of Vietnam.

There are many street foods, like pho, Vietnamese spring rolls, Coffee with coconut milk, and so on.

One of the famous coffees is Egg Coffee.

I didn't drink the coffee at that time. But the other travelers did.

They ordered a cup of egg coffee and wanted to share it with us, but I declined.

Because I couldn't imagine the smell and taste, and I was afraid of raw eggs.

Although I never drink egg coffee, I think that is still a local food I don't like.
