今天是週一，這週工作日的第一天，大家心情好嗎？

在”愛”的這個字，不管是哪種型態，我都跌過大坑，摔過大跤，疼過，痛過，傷過，討厭過，也恨過。

以前，我用行動表示愛，傳達愛，以為時間久了，大家能懂得。

多麼傻氣又天真。

後來，我用行動說出愛，傳出愛，從一開始的彆扭，多次後，自己感到熟練，接收者也就不覺怪異。

多麼直率又直白。

宇宙想告訴我們，今日 ~

讓我們在愛中享受春風得意的舒爽。

繽紛的花朵從瓶中流瀉而出，讓春意流淌，讓愛流動。

在接受接收的同時，請記得，也要付出，也要主動。

愛，是雙向的流動。

若是單向的，很快地，愛就倒完，不再存在的。

愛，是單純，不能量數，不能計較的。

很多事情都可以有個單位計算，唯有愛，不可數，不可衡量，不可論價值。

在死亡的面前，再大的權勢，再高的地位，再多的爭執與恨，都不成為”事”。

在愛的面前，金銀財寶，珠寶鑽石，再多的財富，都無法為”愛”估價。

今天適合踏出我們平時框起來的小世界，走向他人，走進群體。

愛的關懷，在於一句好話，一段美麗的文字。

愛的行動，在於一下拍肩，一個溫暖的擁抱。

愛的表示，在於一次眼神，一種鼓勵的示意。

在付出愛的同時，不要忘記愛自己。

接納自己的不足。

接受自己的欠缺。

接收他人的關愛。

接下宇宙的訊息。

每個人都是富有且貧瘠的狀態。

愛，能填補胸口落空的那塊，不感到缺失。
