我太弱了,才經過幾天的長時間學習,昨天身體就憤怒得抗議。
按摩推拿時,疼得一直大聲喊。
按摩的師傅說,不推開不行。
又回到過去的模樣,身體早就不舒服了,雖有察覺,但依然把”忍”放在第一選擇順位。
宇宙說,置之不理的,不會消失,只是暫時沒繼續嘶喊。
不過,要小心,眼前的平和不是真實的。
再次席捲而來的情緒風暴,威力怕一波比一波兇猛。
要多加提醒,提醒旁人,沒事勿靠近,提醒自己,發覺第一口火氣從身體往外衝出時,趕緊讓自己到無人境界,降低爆炸範圍,避免殃及無辜,盡量別發生禍從口出的壞事。
不然,之後會很痛恨暴怒中的自己。
宇宙透過「憤怒」這張塔羅牌說:
有人會將憤怒化為動能,逼自己改變、改進。
有人會將憤怒化為目標,逼自己前進、拼命。
塔羅又說,憤怒是情緒的其中一種面向,是自然的事情,我們應該允許情緒自由進出,只是要讓憤怒之火提煉出些東西,不要只傷了身,傷他人的心,傷了自己於人群中的名。

However, be cautious, the apparent tranquility is not real.
The next emotional storm might be fiercer.
Remind others to stay away when necessary.
Remind yourself, when you feel the first surge of anger rising from within, quickly retreat to solitude, minimize the explosion radius, avoid harming innocents, and try your best to avoid saying regrettable things in the heat of the moment.
Otherwise, you'll deeply regret your actions in anger later on.
