Within this framework, AI must be integrated as an auditing tool to prevent government personnel from attempting to trace the source of the sender. Furthermore, if anonymous information is leaked, the AI management entity must be held strictly accountable. By channeling pressure through shared liability, we create a system of checks and balances where collusion is no longer possible.
