在認識他前，我還分不清楚摩洛哥跟摩納哥是不是同一個地方，他是Sofiance，來自摩洛哥，第一次「認識」是在我們志工share house裡，只見他一個人在設備極簡陋空間極狹小的廚房裡做菜，說要透過這道菜讓我們認識摩洛哥，吃完之後，對於摩洛哥的認識僅只在這道當地傳統料理，但看他那麼賣力的把摩洛哥當成是女友一般想介紹給我們，於是我開始去google，google是怎樣的國家有著女友般迷人的線條，讓他這樣賣力地介紹。
