Around six years ago, when I was a junior high school student, there was a terrible thing happening to me. One day, I went to the toilet during the break time. I chose the last one and locked the door. After using the toilet, I turned the handle to the left and tried to open the door, but nothing happened. I kept turning the handle, hitting and kicking the door in order to open it, but I failed.
No matter how hard I tried, it was still locked. At that time, I started to yell and look through the window to see the outside time after time. I hoped that someone would hear my sound and help me to escape from this terrible situation, but no one passed by. I was scared and nervous. In the meanwhile, I turned the handle again, but this time it worked. Incredibly, the door was open. I suddenly felt relieved. After leaving the toilet, I finally realized that all I had to do was just to turn the handle to the other side.
Since then, every time when I encounter some difficulties, I remember this horrible experience. Although it is not a good memory for me, but it absolutely taught me a lesson. After this experience, I think that everything is just like the locked door. When I turned the handle in the other way, the door may be open. As a result, it always reminds me to think in different ways.
