As you step into the exhibition halls, your senses are at once engulfed by the digital projections of ocean waves, endlessly rising and falling, lighting up the pitch-black space intermittently. The crashing tides stretch against the towering walls, then slide back down to ‘wash’ over the visitors' feet. Soothing sounds and elegant aromas fill the dark environment. In the next room, silhouettes of flamingos roam mysteriously on neon pink walls.

'Starry Beach' and 'Pink Lagoon' are both part of ARTE M's special exhibition, 'Eternal Nature.' These exhibitions are characterised by technology-driven installations with projection-based animations.

Some see immersive exhibitions simply as spaces for meditation, echoing visitors who describe their experience with immersive art as 'therapeutic' or 'calming.'

Immersive exhibitions may not be everyone's cup of tea, but for some, they serve as awe-inspiring and enlightening spaces for exploration and reflection. Regardless, immersive art exhibitions offer unique opportunities to spend quality time with family and friends, and, at the very least, you are guaranteed a collection of artsy shots to share on your Instagram feed.
