FED2023年2月1日聲明
最近FED聲明反映出FED已經將Covid-19視為過去式。通膨仍然嚴峻，但COVID19已經不是FED考量利率的因素。
有人有心的將最近一次聲明與以往聲明對照，才發現聲明用語大同小異，但有些句子仍值得我們學習參考，例如
- Inflation has eased somewhat but remains elevated. 通膨雖然趨緩，但仍很高。
- The Committee seeks to achieve maximum employment and inflation at the rate of 2 percent over the longer run. 以長期而言「in the long run」是滿好的用法。
- In assessing the appropriate stance of monetary policy as appropriate if risks emerge that could impede the attainment of the Committee's goals.
- stance是觀點的意思，跟以往我們學習的viewpoint or the point of view不太一樣，stance在這篇聲明中我發現出現兩次，也許算是一種美國「公文」喜歡用的字。
- impede=to make it more difficult for something to happen or more difficult for someone to do something. 妨礙、阻止之意。
- attainment of XX's goals也可學起來，與以往習慣用的achievement有所不同。
