President Ma issued an order to designate Perng Fai-Nan, the incumbent Governor of the Central Bank of ROC, to serve another term from 26^th February, 2013 to 25^th February, 2018.  Those who had imagined that they can utilize the foreign exchange reserve to establish sovereign wealth funds should deter their fantastic notions.
