培訓飛行員履歷撰寫：長榮華航自傳及星宇培訓飛航員五題問答

培訓機師第一關：履歷審查。今天分享以前寫的自傳、答案和建議的方向，希望大家參考之後，對於如何展現適合當飛行員的一面，會有更多的想法！

1.「成長經歷／背景」要盡量包含適合機師的特質還有動機。

2.好像有很多人會寫小時候坐飛機想當機師，我建議還是有點亮點的劇情再使用。（不然大家都是出國玩，坐飛機好開心，想要當機師。）

3.所有階段的所做所為和選擇，都要經得起質疑。

我是陳穩，有著獨立自主的個性和冷靜理性的思維。小時候因父母工作關係，我就讀XXXXXX學校，來自各地的同學及國際學校的教學模式，培養了我的適應力和國際觀。

我曾代表台灣參加交流及研習：20XX年，在全台眾多人才中脫穎而出，成為台美XX會議XX位代表之一；20XX年，入選艾森豪獎金XXXXXXXX的代表，參加XX青年領袖XX。在校內，我曾經是XXXXXX親善大使，總是以積極、負責的態度服務貴賓和師長。

20XX年，我在XXXXX醫院擔任實習放射師，診斷、核子醫學、癌症治療三大部門的輪調中，學會處理不同病患的狀況，也充分應用專業及高度學習力。醫學中心的第一線工作繁忙複雜，必須發揮專注力、多工處理能力並與醫療團隊合作無間，才能在XXXX的情況XXXX。

我的專長是武術，曾在雲門舞集的武術課學習套路長拳。暑假期間曾擔任兒童武術老師。練武賦予我極佳的體力，也帶給我自信和正能量。持之以恆的運動也讓我維持健康、強壯的身心。

今年初已經拿到甲類飛行員體檢證，我相信自己能成為優秀上進的培訓機師，在受訓期間持續精進自己。若有幸錄取，我將在成為機師之後為公司貢獻一己之力。

我是陳穩，成長於和樂的家庭。興趣是武術，練武賦予我極佳的體力，並帶來自信和正能量。近期的運動習慣是有氧拳擊和跑步。持之以恆的運動也讓我維持健康、強壯的身心。

XX階段因父母工作關係，我就讀XXXXXX學校，在國際化的教學模式下，以及與來自四面八方同學的往來，培養了我的國際觀和適應力，也因此擁有獨立、自主、冷靜、理性的人格特質，更因為經常往返兩地的搭機經驗，屢屢注意到機師率領空服組員專業的提供乘客舒適的飛行體驗，因而種下想要翱翔天際的種子。

XX時期，積極參與各大學所舉辦的醫學營隊，不斷探索醫學與工程的奧秘，也從中發現我對實際操作器材的興趣，因此選擇被譽為醫學院中的工科「醫學XXX放射XX系」就讀，提供了我電機專業知識及器材操作的實務經驗。

大學儀隊選拔時，藉著身高和儀態舉止，獲選為XXXXXX親善大使，運用良好的語言能力，協助校方與世界衛生組織順利進行簽署典禮。連續兩年參與中華民國XXXXXXXXXXX頒獎典禮，服務許多有特殊需求的身心障礙貴賓，確保典禮流暢進行，將專業且熱心的精神付諸公益活動，與團隊合作，達成典禮圓滿順利。

也因為我卓越的表達以及合作能力，經常代表學校或台灣參與研習及交流，讓我得到推廣台灣特色的機會。20XX年，在台美XXXX台灣代表遴選脫穎而出，成為XX位代表之一，在為期XXX天的XX中，肩負推廣台灣文化與增進台美文化交流的責任。20XX年，入選艾森豪獎金XXXXXXXX的代表，赴XX三大城市參加XX青年領袖XX，參訪機關包含航太工程院校、展覽博物院以及新創公司；另外也分別參加台大、清大、交大以及政大主辦的模擬聯合國。這類型的經驗，不斷強化我的自信及表達能力，與各領域傑出的人才交流也讓眼界增加高度與廣度。

1. What is your definition of “Pilot”?

Pilot is not just an occupation, but more of a vocational aspiration. The duty of pilots is to transport passengers from point A to point B safely. Pilots represent themselves and the airlines as willing to furnish transportation within the limits of its facilities to person who wants it.

2. What are your expectations of STARLUX?

I expect myself to be a pilot of STARLUX, and provide customers a safe, comfortable and happy flying experience with us. I will coordinate with the flight schedules, the flight plans, and any other requests from the company, and provide services beyond the expectations of customers. I will also promote the beauty of the world to make the travelers, both foreign and domestic, enjoy the scenery from the air.

Regarding the working environment, I expect myself to have decent communications and cooperation with every flight and ground crew. In order to accomplish a perfect flight mission, I will have my best and most friendly attitude to work with everyone for the company’s best benefit.

3. What characteristics and skill do you think a pilot should have?

Pilots should be positive, motivated, and have sense of accountability and responsibility. An excellent physique is necessary because it brings favorable image to the company and make the airline more trustful to the customers. A superb language skill is needed in order to lead or communicate with the crew precisely to make the best teamwork. Pilots have to be mentally tough for their consecutive desire to knowledge and flight safety. Even if a pilot possesses outstanding flight skills and professional knowledge, he/she still has to seek to more improvements for the highest standard of flight safety.

4. To what degree do you think you meet the qualification above?

A hundred percent qualified.

This year, I have worked as a simulator instructor pilot in a cafeteria with aviation theme. During my work period, I lead the customers to fly the A320 simulator with positive and responsible attitude. This job had made some great opportunities for me to communicate with some visiting pilots, and I have learned a lot from their flying experience.

Because of my distinguished language skill and teamwork capability, I used to represent Taiwan or my school to participate multiple symposiums and exchange activities in the past.

In my senior year, I was an intern radiologist in XXX Hospital. I performed well in different teams and always kept a professional and responsible attitude when helping out with patients and their dependents.

In my free time, I enjoy jogging and boxing as my workouts. These habits have granted great fitness conditions to me, as well as confidence and positive energy. Sustaining exercising brings me strong and healthy body and mind.

5. What makes you believe you could be a pilot?

I consider myself to be an independent and rational person. The experiences and learning environment from traveling back and forth to foreign countries during my childhood give me high flexibility and a broad global view.

As a former medical personnel, besides the operations of the high-tech medical equipment, I applied the skills of multitasking and spontaneous reactions to do everything well. I am certain that these capabilities will make me an excellent pilot in the future.

Being so passionate in flying, I love planes and desire to fly so much. I keep learning aviation knowledge through all means available to improve myself in this domain. I am confident that my personality, characteristics, attitude, and all the aviation knowledge I have will make a great pilot.
