在過去的兩年裡，有機會在 Yazamut 360° 創辦和領導本古裡安大學的食品科技社區，是我大學經歷中非常重要的一部分。這段經歷補充了我的學習，豐富了我的專業技能，擴大了我的網路，並奠定了我對社區變革力量的信念。 自從我們與 FoodTech Nation 合併以來，我們的社區遠遠超出了內蓋夫， 是一個由以色列其他領先學術機構的八個食品技術專案組成的網路。

✦ academic collaborations
FoodTech Ben Gurion University (BGU) current management includes seven students, who run the amazing “Race for Protein” semester-long program, industry hackathon, academic collaborations, podcasts, and networking events - Oren Mor Levin, Sivan Rubin, Royi Katz, Shir Finestine, Tal Benlulu and Avia Pearlmutter. Many current and past members have leveraged their knowledge and connections from the community to be recruited to relevant internships and jobs.
As I’m approaching the end of my studies, it is time to hand over the leadership and management of Foodtech BGU to others who want to lead the community that is passionate about alternative proteins, and their ability to tackle issues of sustainability, public health, animal welfare and food security in Israel and beyond.
