I had numerous things to be thankful for. - I had a call at night with my boyfriend, who is willing to spend time clarifying things that feel uncomfortable for me in our relationship. During the day, he took time to text me while at work. I feel loved when he speaks to me gently and patiently.- I was one of the minute-takers in a committee meeting. These meetings always make me nervous. Luckily, thanks to my boyfriend's prayer, even though the meeting was a bit messy, it wrapped up smoothly.- After work, I made a dish: stir-fried string beans and "ugly beans" (醜豆) with salted egg. Preparing the dish was a good time to thank God for providing for our needs. The texture of the string beans was quite good, but not the "ugly beans," which, according to my mother, should be briefly boiled before stir-frying. Cooking really depends on a person's experience!

Dimanche, j'ai enfin eu du temps libre et j'ai cuisiné un riz au curry japonais. Le résultat était pas mal. Je suis reconnaissante, et la cuisine apporte du bonheur à ma mère et à moi. Ingrédients :- tablette de curry japonais- oignon- carotte- pomme (au lieu de la pomme de terre) – et, surprise, cela rend le plat plus sucré- porc- courgette- poivron- d'autres légumes en accompagnement- omelette roulée – également en accompagnement
