十月原本是一年中很期待的月份之一，因為是天氣剛剛好的秋天，因為是很多好友的生日，因為是很適合出去玩的季節，每年十月特別期待，今年的十月不知道為什麼特別多雨天（尤其假日😭），想出遊的心情像是種奢侈的幻想，不被現實允許，幸好今年的十月還是有一場風雨無阻的旅行，還是和一群不熟的人，但最後玩得像是我的知心

以前在國中輔導室實習時，曾經帶過一次令我印象深刻的團體輔導。那天是剛入秋的星期六，校園非常安靜，只有零星的幾位老師和學生，因為是週末再加上微微的寒風，可想而知來參加團體輔導的學生

昨天傍晚，問了隊友，晚餐想吃什麼？

年假的大魚大肉外加澱粉爆量，我們的身體好像自動開始渴望蔬菜水果，

於是很快決定在家，就冰箱現有的食材，弄了火鍋來吃，

大量蔬菜加上一點雞肉點綴，頗滿足
