8月15日：第三次〈阿米塔吉報告〉

Richard Lee Armitage, who was born on April 26, 1945, during the Battle of Okinawa, wrote two famous Report on the US policy on Japan for CSIS.  To me, the first Armitage Report was just another one, yet the second Armitage Report was distinguishing, if not a master piece.  Now I am expecting the third Report.
Please note the date that it will be released and the coverage of time.

就個人觀察，第一次〈阿米塔吉報告〉無甚可觀，第二次〈阿米塔吉報告〉，非常精采。
期待第三次〈阿米塔吉報告〉中。

請注意兩個時間：8月15日，以及「今年11月美國總統大選後明年1月上臺的下屆政府對日政策之中」。

　　【共同社華盛頓8月7日電】美國智庫“戰略國際問題研究所”（CSIS）7日透露，美國前副國務卿阿米蒂奇和前助理國務卿約瑟夫·奈等人近日匯總了一份有關加強日美同盟關係的跨黨派報告，並將在15日對外公開。

　　報告是繼作為小布什政府對日政策基礎的2000年“阿米蒂奇報告”和2007年報告之後的第三份報告。該智庫希望能讓這份報告的內容反映到今年11月美國總統大選後明年1月上臺的下屆政府對日政策之中。（完）
