Spondylolisthesis of my 4th & 5th lumbar spine

Spondylolisthesis is diagnosed for my 4th & 5th lumbar spine by X-ray. That is why I feel so sore and painful. The doctor said it causes of many problem of my body.

I have done the rehabilitaion treatment 3~4 times a week. I have also taken the medicine to relive the pain from my knee and shoulder. But, the medicine is not good for body. I have tried to take it away that the doctor said if I do not feel very painful.

It is really inconvenient for life. I could not clean rooms and take slowly running exercise. I know I should take care of my health, but I do not know why and when my lumbar got the problem. Nevertheless, the body is mine, why I do not know what happens on me?! It is so weird, isn't it?
