get into 或是 get to
後面加上地方名詞，可以表示「到達，到...」，如
- If you get to the restaurant before us，just wait at the bar. (如果你比我們先到餐廳，在吧檯那裡等就行了。)
- I will call you as soon as I get to airport （我到機場時，我就會立刻打給你）(正)
- I will call you as soon as I go to airport.(誤）
- He got to work late and missed part of on-the-job training. (他上班遲到而且錯過了部分在職訓練) (正)
- He went to work late and missed part of on-the -job training. (誤）
go to
後面加上地方名詞表示「去」，如
- I went to Paris last summer. (去年夏天我去了巴黎。)
- We don’t go to the movie very often these days.（最近我們不太常去看電影。）
go in
指「進入，進去」，如
- I looked through the window,but I didn’t actually go in. (我透過窗戶望向裡面，但是沒有進去。）
