[GI] Case 42

    45歲女性，主訴體重減輕及心灼熱感
    diffuse circumferential wall thickening of the stomach, with luminal narrowing. It is also called linitis plastica.

    看到linitis plastica, 鑑別診斷：gastric cancer, metastasis, lymphoma, Crohn disease
    1. Gastric cancer: 最常見的影像特徵是focal irregular wall thickening with ulceration, 再來就是linitis plastica, 一邊都是分化不全的類別會有linitis plastica。
    2. metastasis: 多為breast and lung cancer metastasis.
    3. lymphoma: 只佔胃惡性腫瘤15%。
    4. Crohn disease: 注意小腸，大多都有侵犯。另外Crohn disease 另有一個特別的名稱來描述影像學特徵:Ram’s horn appearance (羚羊角)
