2009年7月16日舉行了第2次的例會，包括了New Member Induction 。以下是Meg會長於隔天寫給members 的mail，原汁原味呈現了meeting 的情境。

WTC 7/16 Meeting Minutes

Dear all,

We had a fun and felicitous meeting last night, thanks for our toastmaster Winni setting up the dress code -- ocean style. Most members put on their oceanic clothing and we had a lof of laughters through out the meeting.

Justine showed us Scuba Diving 101 and led us experience a virtual underwater tour. Yuying told us how good her life has been since she stops watching TV. A-Yo shared his point of view between computer and life -- Garbage in, garbage out. Alice demostrated her passion and hard work in building a successful marriage through entertaining performance.

Aden conducted a controversial table topic session...which makes me wonder if Sean Connery ask me to marry him..what will I do? Um...to be honest, I might seriously take it into consideration....hehee...

Some old friends and new guests also added colors to our meeting, it was a wonderful night for me after a hard day's work in the office ^_^

Well, don't forget we have a 3rd meeting this month. Olivia will bring 5 American friends to join us on July 30. I'm really looking forward to it, and I believe you are,too!
