近日思考這問題，Anyway ...GIVE THE WORLD THE BEST YOU’VE GOT ANYWAY.

將你所擁有最好的東西獻給世界，你可能會被踢掉牙齒，

不管怎樣，總是要將你所擁有的最好的東西獻給世界。

收到一篇轉寄文章提到矛盾十誡，讓Denise興起想找原文的事。矛盾十誡即泰瑞莎修女略修改為八條而重新流傳於世，"不管怎樣，總是要"。
在網誌中沒找到(後來發現是我搜尋時以泰蕾莎找，ㄟ，中譯太多不同)剛才在奇摩一找，卻又找到自己的網誌(2007-03-27 19:14)來囉，因此就只補貼Dr. Kent M. Keith在其網站上面提到的原版。
GIVE THE WORLD THE BEST YOU’VE GOT ANYWAY.
Dr. Kent M. Keith 在1968年寫下矛盾十誡的原版，然後廣在世界流傳，泰瑞莎修女略修改為八條，"不管怎樣，總是要"。
難怪那時候Denise看立緒的書籍簡介中引用這八條，會看到adapted字樣。
泰瑞莎修女版本(adapted by Mother Teresa)的Anyway(不管怎樣，總是要)
According to Lucinda Vardey, in Mother Teresa: A Simple Path (New York: Ballantine Books, 1995), page 185, there was “a sign on the wall of Shishu Bhavan, the children’s home in Calcutta.”

Kent M. Keith於1968年寫下 矛盾十誡的原版如下

Indeed, we might list some "Paradoxical Commandments of Leadership:"
People are illogical, unreasonable, and self-centered. Love them anyway.
If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives. Do good anyway.
If you are successful, you win false friends and true enemies. Succeed anyway.
The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.
Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable. Be honest and frank anyway.
The biggest men with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest men with the smallest minds. Think big anyway.
People favor underdogs, but follow only top dogs. Fight for a few underdogs anyway.

People really need help but may attack you if you do help them. Help people anyway.

這段德雷莎修女(德蕾莎、泰瑞莎)的話我們大概都有看過，但是在看完飛機電影中的Adam's apple，我從這部喜劇電影中體會到真正的ANYWAY。
另外一篇文章提到極限考驗。[告訴命運：不管你給我什麼，我都接受。我會盡力用最佳的方式來面對。]
而真正體會到宗教力量(不管是上主或者本來面目)的人，是不管怎麼樣都能去愛，都能信任，都能成就自己，成就大大小小的事。

還有壹段提到上帝，其實我覺得上帝也可以是不同宗派的
