Gabby's Guide to Health & Fitness

    自從外甥女Carol外甥Eric在今年暑假待在台灣開始,我把美國yahoo當成首頁,就一直留到現在。每次開啟IE偶而看一眼有興趣的報導。
    今天讀到Gabby's Guide to Health & Fitness,作者全名是 Gabrielle Reece。我很喜歡她在一篇文章之中,會提出一些點子的寫法。內文縮排的方式在整篇文章中讓人一目瞭然。
    譬如舉兩個例子:
    Getting enough water can help us in our quest for better health in so many ways:

    *Flush out toxins
    *Reduce your risk of heart attack
    *Help with joint and muscle pain
    *Boost your metabolic rate
    *Improve organ function
    *Keep you regular
    *Prevent headaches
    *Promote healthy skin
    *Regulate body temperature
    *Get energized and improve alertness

    Mix Up Your Workout Routine,Here are some ideas:

    *take a walk at a park you love but never get to
    *go for a swim at the local Y
    *check out the rock-climbing wall at your neighborhood gym
    *take the kids horseback riding
    *go for a sunset or sunrise bike ride
    *dip your toes in the ocean, pond or lake after a rigorous walk or jog
    *take that one Latin dance class you've always thought about
    *try adult gymnastics
    *play softball or tennis or shoot some hoops
    *take a lesson to learn something unique (surfing, trapeze)
    *try yoga
    *go hiking
