Minsk Treaty

Why was there a Minsk Treaty in the first place? Why did France and German underwrite this treaty at that time? Why does the whole world fail to mention the Minsk Treaty anymore when Russia was left with no other option anymore but to protect its own sovereignty without using force?
Why does the USA now believe that they can win their war against Russia by printing money in a desperate attempt to cripple the Russian economy? Well, in my opinion, the Russians can only win this war, the Rubel is not paper money, it is backed by gold, oil and other minerals, and the support of the most powerful economies on earth today, that is the member countries of BRICS. I don't care about the opinion of my opponents, I care about the facts.
