Lately, people often ask me how to build a good personal brand. I have helped many professionals and bosses with their personal brands. To build a good personal brand, you need to focus on two main things.
First, you need to have clear goals. You should know why you want to do this and what you want to achieve. Think about how much time and resources you will spend on building your brand.
Second, keep learning about yourself. Your understanding of yourself sets the limit for your personal brand. Maybe a coach can help you break through some limits, but in the end, it is up to you. The more you understand yourself, the better your personal brand will be.
So, practice being aware of yourself and keep learning about who you are.
