過度反應？日本將攔截朝鮮飛彈

Japanese Minister of Defense has given his order to JSDF to intercept and destroy North Korea’s missiles, if the launch happens.
It is the fourth time that Japan has given the similar order.  The three previous ones were based on the presumptions of launching announcements, of flying over Japan, as well as of the possibility that the failed missiles might fall on Japanese soil.  This time, the order was given before any such announcement is released.
The Japanese government is not over-reacting.  Last month, NK tore up the Truce of Korean War of 1953, meaning that NK is at the state of war, not only with Japan, but with all UN countries.  Japan’s reaction could be interpreted as a soft response to NK’s recent radical moves.    revised at 1520

過去是朝鮮宣布試射且彈道經過日本領空為條件，日本才命令攔截。這次是直接下令攔截，無關朝鮮是否預告。
顯然，是一種日本對朝鮮宣布戰爭狀態的委婉回應。

　　【共同社4月8日電】為了準備攔截朝鮮突然發射的新型彈道導彈，日本防衛相小野寺五典7日向自衛隊下達了“摧毀措施命令”。多名政府相關人士透露了這一消息。日本政府以往曾3次發佈摧毀措施命令，但在朝鮮未預告發射的情況下發佈此令尚無先例。

　　官房長官菅義偉7日下午在福岡市演講時針對朝鮮的動向強調：“為了保衛國民的生命與安全，正採取萬全之策加以警戒。”

　　政府相關人士解釋說：“雖然導彈射向日本的可能性並不很大，但政府認為還是有必要以防萬一。”為避免給國民造成恐慌，政府擬不宣佈下達“摧毀措施命令”一事。

　　命令下達後，搭載海基型攔截導彈“標準-3”的海上自衛隊宙斯盾艦將開赴日本海，一旦有導彈可能落入日本的領域則將實施攔截。

　　由於航空自衛隊的地對空攔截導彈“愛國者-3”射程短，防禦範圍有限，現階段暫不進行部署。日本政府將收集朝鮮導彈飛行路線等情報後另做決定。（完）
