Situation: Golden Crown Taiwan Tilapia Cuisine, a renowned restaurant chain in Taiwan specializing in innovative tilapia dishes, is planning to open its first overseas branch in Tokyo, Japan. General Manager Lin Zhiming, Marketing Director Zhang Meiling, and Japanese market consultant Yamada Kenta are having a video conference to discuss strategies for successfully introducing their concept to the Japanese market.

Lin: Good morning, Yamada-san. Thank you for joining us today to discuss our expansion into Tokyo.

Yamada: Good morning, Mr. Lin and Ms. Chang. I'm excited to help bring Golden Crown's tilapia cuisine to Japan.

Chang: We're thrilled too. Our first question is about menu adaptation. How do you think our signature dishes will be received in Tokyo?

Yamada: Japanese consumers love fish, but tilapia isn't as common here. We might need to educate customers about its taste and health benefits.
