愈是緊繃之時,愈是要小心面對。
愈是煩躁之時,愈是要細心處理。
今天,讓我們祈求時間走得快一點,比平時要再更快一些,撐過,就海闊天空。
若不幸運,遇到要生氣的時候,站起來原地踏步二十次,緩慢吞水吞五口。
