    Phase7. Embrace Result.

    The progress will show itself in time. And when it does, you’ll be amazed at how much you’ve grow.

    Day61. Gratitude Walks.

    Noticing the little things that make your world beautiful. Doing this, you’re not just getting your step in ; you’re connecting with the world around you on a whole new level. Looking for things to appreciate can totally charge your vibe and make you feel more grounded. It’s a small change that can make a big difference in how you see the world.

    Day62. Pause a Moment and Everything Changes.

    When you feel like everything is coming at you all at once , sometimes the best thing you can do is just pause for a moment. The idea is to step back, gain a new perspective and let your mind refresh itself. When you return to whatever challenge you’re facing, you’ll find yourself much more equipped to handle it.

    Day63. A Watched Pot Never Boils.

    Whatever you do, don’t constantly check to see if you’re making progress. You could be spending the precious time practicing and learning. In fact, the less you care about instant improvement and the more you simply enjoy the process, the faster you’ll progress. Then, once you look back, you’ll see just how far you’ve com.

    Day64. Continually Celebrate, Continually Advance.

    When you’re hustling toward a goal, don’t forget to give yourself some credit for what you’ve already achieved. They don’t just make you feel good; they actually get your brain to seek out more wins.

    Day65. Don’t Take Them for Granted.

    Whatever you do, never take your loved ones for granted. It’s easy to think they’ll always be there, especially when the days seem to blur together. But it’s important to pause, appreciate their presence, and express our gratitude. Never missing a chance to show them love and appreciation.

    Day 66. Show Yourself You Can Tackle Challenges.

    Start your day by picking one thing that’s a bit of a challenge for you. Make it your mission to take it head-on first thing. When you dive into that challenge with fresh morning energy, you’re setting yourself up for a win straight off the bat.

    Day 67. Good Vibes Bowl.

    Whenever something cool happens, scribble it down on a piece of paper and pop it into the bowl. It’s a great way to keep your spirits up and remember the happy times, especially when you need a boost. Try it-you’ll feel great seeing that bowl of happiness grow!

    Day 68. If You Want to Overcome a Blind spot, Embrace Different Perspectives.

    We all have our blind spots, areas of our thinking or behavior that we just can’t see clearly. This is one way the people around us can help us. They can point out our blind spots, not to criticize us, but to help us see things more clearly. When someone points out a blind spot, don’t get defensive. Ideally, don’t wait for someone to come to you-go to them. Actively ask others what they think you cloud do to improve certain areas of your life or work.

    Day 69. Silence the Inner Critic.

    Being too hard on yourself with self-criticism . It’s doesn’t really help; it just makes you more stressed. Ramember, always be as kind to yourself as you would to a friend.

    Day 70. Take the Behind-the-Scenes View.

    When you see someone’s success or those perfect social media posts, remember, it’s just part of the story. It’s easy to get dazzled by the full picture. Focus on your own path, with all its unique challenges and victories. Your journey is just as important and beautiful.
