How you talk to yourself defines your self. Be careful what you say.
有人說self-talk的內容很重要,的確如此。如果連你自己都不做自己的後盾,難到純靠別人嗎?人要自我檢討但不是自我貶抑,認清這點非常重要。
而樓中一個回應我也好喜歡,很多人說過但也還有很多人不懂:
You are not defined by your failures, you're defined by how you react to failures
事已發生也沒有時光機,可以做的不是後悔而是收拾心情然後思考對策。你的選擇和行為才是定義你這個人的點。
