Easter is the most important festival in the Christian calendar.
復活節是基督教年曆最重要的節日。
It celebrates Jesus rising from the dead, three days after he was executed. 🐣
慶祝的原因是，耶穌基督被釘在十字架處決後，過了三天復活了，所以把這天定為「復活節」。
The date of Easter Sunday varies from year to year.
復活節哪一天在每年都不一樣，
It is celebrated on the first Sunday after the full moon, on or after 21 March.
慶祝復活節日子的時間，大約是在每年3月21日月圓之後的第一個星期天。
The week leading up to Easter is called Holy Week. 🐇
而復活節日期這天的前一週，稱為聖週（即受難週）。
Today, Christians go to church and have a special service on Easter Sunday.
現在，基督徒在復活節那天，會上教堂去參加特別的儀式。
Flowers, eggs, lambs, chickens and rabbits are all symbols of Easter.
They are all symbols of new life. 🥚
