故事背景
當今21世紀環太平洋地震帶一處，仍藏匿著不為人知的大斷層，在印尼、台灣、日本、俄羅斯、美國、墨西哥等環太平洋六大火山弧接連噴發，岩漿焰火在海床層66公里底下連綿四竄，而姆大陸就在這地震帶上。
In the current 21st century, a hidden major fault line remains within the Pacific Ring of Fire. The six major volcanic arcs of the Ring of Fire, located in Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, Russia, the United States, and Mexico, have erupted continuously with magma and flames spreading for 66 kilometers beneath the seabed. And the lost continent of "Mu" lies on this seismic zone.
故事開始
流傳
考古學界一直流傳著禁忌之地，在上一個紀元神族(外星生物)在某一次造物實驗，意外合成毀滅性生物「姆」。
The archaeological world has long held a legend about a forbidden place where, in a previous era, a race of extraterrestrial beings accidentally created a catastrophic life-form named "Mu".
長老
為了挽救最後一個可以孕育生命的星球(地球)，六大長老啟動大火山弧環狀陣列，造成地核熔融化加劇，在我們稱為環太平洋火山帶(Ring of Fire)的區域形成巨大熔岩渦流。
To save the last planet capable of sustaining life (Earth), the six elders activated a large volcanic arc circular array, causing a further melting of the Earth's core, forming a huge magma vortex in the area we now call the Ring of Fire.
封印
將「姆」困在其中，並用全地球的海洋不斷沖洗熔岩渦流，短時間讓渦流形成板塊得以封印「姆」在裡面。
"Mu" was trapped inside and the entire world's oceans were used to continuously wash the magma vortex, eventually sealing "Mu" within the plates that formed as a result of the vortex.
自燃
現今世界發生的人體自燃事件，意味著「姆」的存在，也代表那些人接觸過「姆」的鱗片。
The occurrence of spontaneous human combustion in the present day signifies the existence of "Mu", as well as the fact that those who have come into contact with "Mu"'s scales.
