用ChatGPT生成貓咪繪本插圖 :《這是現在的狀況，我正在盡全力》

這篇文章將跟大家分享我是如何用ChatGPT生成前篇文章 : 【讀書繪記】這是現在的狀況，我正在盡全力 |《踏實感的練習》的插圖 : 一隻貓咪，越過地上的雜亂，努力地爬上椅子 : 「這是現在的狀況，我正在盡全力。」

就像電影《腦筋急轉彎2》中樂樂說的 : 「我們愛著這個女孩，包括她所有凌亂和美麗的部分。」

1. 構思與靈感

曾聽過一個說法，一個人房間的整齊程度常常反映出這個人本身的狀態。因此用凌亂的房間當作主要場景，而凌亂房間，最直接的聯想就是 : 常常會讓人找不到地可以踩，因此最後決定生成一隻穿過「重重障礙」，只為坐上椅子的貓咪了。希望可以提醒自己，日後遇到挫折時，不要過度自我批評或埋怨現況，可以用稍微幽默的心態，接納現況然後…盡力就好。對於已經發生的事情，心裡不再抗拒後，反而心情比較容易放鬆，也可以比較快去採取對自己真正有幫助的行動。

2. 圖片提示詞 (Prompt)

決定了插畫整體概念後，就可以開始寫提示詞(Prompt)了，以下是我的提示詞結構分享 :
