講的很實在，學術界似乎在過去的十幾年也沒太大的變化。現在更因為少子化的關係，非頂大的學校慢慢也收不到博士生，甚至連碩士班也岌岌可危。當新進教師沒有足夠人手可以協助研究及發表時，升等的壓力可能會再轉嫁到既有的學生身上。因此，我覺得未來在台灣攻讀碩博士的學生，要尋得良師的指導，應該是難上加難。但新進教師也有他們的苦衷，有時候是制度逼人，同時要兼顧研究、教學、服務，然後還有升等年限的壓力，領著不高的薪水，卻跟陀螺一樣每天轉個不停。這種生活，或許跟他們當初的預期也有所落差，但路都是自己選的，只能接受。講了這麼多，其實只是想表達：現在博士生越來越少，然後適合的大學老師越來越難聘到，背後都其成因。冰封三尺非一日之寒！這個惡性循環應該很難跳脫出來。
