added 458 local cases, 1 death. 20 May 2021 (Thu)
I saw the foreign press started reporting that Taiwan is failed due to arrogance. I knew we would be reported like that. The report is even much harsher than our local media. How so? Inside the country, our commander said we can't judge the people who spread the virus... it's been demotic pressure from the whole society. We all know who the "paradise buster" is, but can't blame.
It's super hard to take when you used to be the most outstanding country. Not anymore. We have to get rid of this elegant title in order to face the truth.
I studied Spanish grammar last night, it worked as I slept well.
The CDC has started holding two press conferences from today, separately in the morning and afternoon. Seems no other countries do this as Taiwan does. It's a country that the government treats citizens as if they are babies. It's a comfort for Taiwanese citizens as people are really tough to deal with.
