筆記：the noonday demon-神經傳導一旦壓力大到導致皮質醇濃度長期升高，皮質醇系統就已受損，而且系統一旦被活化，未來就沒那麼容易關閉。因此皮質醇濃度在歷經小創傷之後升高，可能就無法像平常一樣恢復正常。皮質醇系統像打破過的物品，即使外在壓力越來越小，也很容易一再崩解。
