現在有一句話說，「變，才是現在永恆的定理。」
跟不上”變”，不想”改變”，不是你唾棄了世界，是世界已走在很前面，遺棄了你。
談”變”還是”改變”，談何容易。
人生在世，有許多珍貴的事物，那些都有著〝不變〞的真理。
真愛，珍愛。
變，就不值錢了。
鑽石、寶石的閃耀與高價在於”不變”。
也許日後變了形，如同人類日漸衰老，英挺帥氣，青春美貌已隨時光漸消失，但本質沒有改變，依然堅如磐石，依然硬如地殼，如同我們愛人的心。
改變，不容易。
論個性，難調。
論品行，難雕。
還好，氣質可靠培養，特質可靠養成。
人生，還有得救，還能有所期待。
最近宇宙一直提醒著改變呢。
我是想這樣慢慢地調整，改變著自己，分享給大家 ~

怎麼說呢？
我現在的寫法：「最近宇宙一直提醒著改變呢。」
我以前的寫法：「為什麼最近宇宙一直提醒著改變？」
大部分的用字差不多，用心程度也是相近，你喜歡哪句。
第二，鍛鍊樂觀與平衡的心智。
正事越是讓我崩潰，休息時間我越是快樂哼曲調。
生活日日平靜，無味，只要不涉及危險，有點波浪，這海平面也就生動了起來，海底的生物也醒了過來，生機，就盎然了。
第三，做好正念之四好。
四好，賜好。
老天賜予的好好。
好好吃飯。好好睡覺。好好放鬆。好好愛。
心知足，就能專注。
專注，就能做好事情。
事情做好，人就會好好的。
我近年在努力的，就這幾項，不多，可也不容易。
有很多心得與感悟。
有不少灰心及氣餒。
生活即使簡單，也是充滿了改變。
『改變』，你的愛，進入改變期。
不管是愛自己，還是愛著別人，改變，都是為了更美好的將來。
不用擔心，這改變不是誰變了心。
世界確實一直在改變，且速度越來越快，即使快到很難適應，我們也是不得不接受與學習。
很多時候，改變，是蠻好的事情。
科技的改變，讓事情的處理上更輕易。
與地球那端的距離更加拉近。
不在同一個國度或同一時區的彼此，不再那樣困難聯繫，甚至不用花費任何金錢。
科技，讓有心人，更加靠近。
大發利市的趨勢財與智慧財，誰抓得住誰獲利滿滿。
這已不是過去那個認真、努力就能賺錢的時代。
這是個需要衝，且要敢衝，才能賺到錢的時代。
為了生存，我們需改變。
為了未來，我們需改變。
因為改變，不同的壓力，許多的壓力，接踵而來。
現在已不是像過去那樣地一個簡單的時代。
現在，和諧與均衡更加重視，也更加迫切需要。
身體要能迎頭追趕改變，需要後援，需要調整。
身心要能迎接面對改變，需要支持，需要更新。
我們個人的硬體與軟體皆需要懂得改變，才不造成彼此拖累，互相折騰的窘況，方能處在改變之潮流裡，且不被沖走。
每天改變一點點，一個月的改變加起來至少有三十點。
改變，加上時間這項發酵器，是複利的累積。
而你所能做的，就是改變自己不敢向前的腳步。
踏出舊習，踏入新境，心境因應改變而調整，會發現，前進也沒那麼難。
就是辛苦多了一點。
但，不難。
改變，不需等待，不需擇日，動心起念時就可馬上進行。

Lately, the universe has been constantly reminding me of change.

The more stressed I am with work, the happier I hum during breaks.
If life is calm every day and tasteless, as long as it doesn't involve danger, a little wave makes the sea surface come alive, and the creatures at the bottom of the sea awaken, vitality abounds.
Third, practicing the Four Goods of mindfulness.

The goods bestowed by heaven.
Eat well. Sleep well. Relax well. Love well.
Contentment leads to focus.
Focus leads to doing things well.
When things are done well, people will be well.
These are the few things I've been striving for in recent years, not many, but not easy either.
There are many insights and realizations.
There's quite a bit of discouragement and frustration.
Even if life is simple, it's still full of change.
"Change," your love, is entering a period of change.
Whether it's loving yourself or loving someone else, change is for a better future.
Don't worry, this change doesn't mean someone's heart has changed.
The world is indeed constantly changing, and the pace is getting faster.
Even if it's so fast that it's hard to adapt, we still have to accept and learn.
Many times, change is a good thing.
Technological advancements make tasks easier.
The distance from one end of the Earth to the other is getting closer.
Being in different countries or time zones no longer makes it difficult to connect, and it doesn't even require spending any money.
Technology brings like-minded people closer.
In the trend of booming financial and intellectual wealth, it's about who can seize the opportunity and profit the most. It's no longer the era where you could earn money just by being serious and hardworking.
This is an era where you need to push forward boldly to make money.
For survival, we need to change.
For the future, we need to change.
Because with change comes different pressures, many pressures, one after another.
Nowadays, it's not as simple as it used to be.
Now, harmony and balance are more valued and urgently needed.
Physically, we need support to keep up with the changes, we need adjustments.
Mentally, we need support to face the changes, we need updates.
Both our hardware and software need to know how to change so we don't burden each other, so we don't end up in a situation where we're dragging each other down amidst the tide of change, but rather we can flow with it without being swept away.
Changing a little bit every day, at least thirty points of change add up in a month.
Change, coupled with time as a fermenter, is the accumulation of compound interest.
And what you can do is to change the steps you're afraid to take forward.
Step out of old habits, step into new territory, adjust your mindset in response to change, and you'll find that moving forward isn't so difficult. It's just a little harder.
But not impossible.
