Hello everyone, welcome to today’s Farm Field Broadcast! 今天阿仁伯會訪問龍鳳茶伯,一起帶大家認識龍鳳茶,看看茶葉如何從茶園變成我們手中的茶杯。 Today, A-Ren will interview Mr. Longfeng and guide us through how Long Feng tea travels from the fields to our cups. --- 🌱 茶樹的種植 / Tea Cultivation 龍鳳茶多半以烏龍茶或輕發酵茶為基底,通常種植於海拔中高、氣候涼爽、空氣流通的茶園。 Long Feng tea is usually a lightly oxidized oolong or semi-fermented tea, grown in mid-to-high altitude areas with cool climates and good airflow. 阿仁伯:龍鳳茶的茶樹需要什麼樣的環境呢? A-Ren: Mr. Longfeng, what environment do Long Feng tea plants need? 龍鳳茶伯:喜歡山區涼爽氣候,土壤疏鬆排水佳,葉片厚實帶甜香。 Mr. Longfeng: It prefers cool mountain climates with loose, well-drained soil, producing thick leaves with natural sweetness and aroma. --- 🌿 採茶 / Tea Leaf Harvest 阿仁伯:採收有什麼特別技巧嗎? A-Ren: Any special techniques for harvesting? 龍鳳茶伯:我們採「一心二葉」或「一芽三葉」,依茶種與季節調整,確保茶香濃郁與口感順滑。 Mr. Longfeng: We pick “one bud and two leaves” or “one bud and three leaves,” depending on the tea variety and season, to ensure rich aroma and smooth taste. --- 🌼 發酵與揉捻 / Oxidation & Rolling 阿仁伯:龍鳳茶發酵程度如何? A-Ren: What is the oxidation level of Long Feng tea? 龍鳳茶伯:龍鳳茶屬輕至中發酵,揉捻後茶葉邊緣微捲曲,保留花香與清甜口感。 Mr. Longfeng: Long Feng tea is lightly to moderately oxidized. 🍵 田間小屋 – Garden Tales 🌿 龍鳳茶 – 製作、沖泡與醫學價值介紹 Long Feng Tea – Processing, Brewing & Health Benefits --- 🌱 製作過程 / Processing Method 龍鳳茶屬於台灣特色烏龍茶的一種,通常為中度發酵茶,發酵程度約 20–40%。製作過程包含採摘、日光萎凋、室內萎凋、攪拌發酵、殺青、揉捻與乾燥,使茶葉形成獨特香氣與圓潤口感。 Long Feng tea is a Taiwanese specialty oolong tea, typically medium oxidized at around 20–40%. The process includes plucking, sun withering, indoor withering, oxidation through agitation, heat fixation, rolling, and drying to create its distinctive aroma and smooth taste. 部分龍鳳茶會經過輕度烘焙,以增加香氣層次與穩定品質。 Some Long Feng teas undergo light roasting to enhance aroma complexity and stabilize quality. --- 👨‍🌾 茶葉來源 / Cultivation Origin 龍鳳茶主要產於台灣中部與北部山區,例如南投與新竹一帶。高山氣候涼爽、日夜溫差大,有助於茶葉累積香氣物質。 Long Feng tea is mainly grown in mountainous regions of central and northern Taiwan, such as Nantou and Hsinchu.
