    51歲男性，主訴腹部不適，沒有特定的誘發因子
    C+ CT shows an hypoenhanced lesion in the pancreatic tail, with adjacent soft tissue invasion.

    Ans: pancreatic adenocarcinoma; ddx: lymphoma, metastasis
    ***Pancreatic tumor 鑑別診斷，包含adenocarcinoma, lymphoma, neuroendocrine tumor, solid pseudopapillary tumor, metastasis
    這裡有幾個注意點：
    1. adenocarcinoma通常會出現周邊血管/結構encasement 情形
    2. 最常見的胰臟hypervascular tumor是neuroendocrine tumor
    3. Solid pseudopapillary tumor少見，典型影像學特徵為mixed solid and cystic well-defined mass，出現在年輕女性
    4. hypervascular metastasis來源：melanoma, breast cancerm RCC
