href=https://885law.com/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e7%a7%9f%e8%b3%83/ target=_blank class=draft--a>租賃契約</a>時,<a href=https://885law.com/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e7%a7%9f%e8%b3%83/ target=_blank class=draft--a>租期</a>超過一年加上沒有以任何<a href=https://885law.com/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e7%a7%9f%e8%b3%83/ target=_blank class=draft--a>字據</a>或<a href=https://885law.com/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e7%a7%9f%e8%b3%83/ target=_blank class=draft--a>書面約定</a>,那就是不定期限的<a href=https://885law.com/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e7%a7%9f%e8%b3%83/ target=_blank class=draft--a>租賃</a>。(<a href=https://885law.com/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e7%a7%9f%e8%b3%83/ target=_blank class=draft--a>承租人</a>積欠租金額,除擔保金抵償外,達二個月以上時。<br>四、<a href=https://885law.com/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e7%a7%9f%e8%b3%83/ target=_blank class=draft--a>承租人</a>以<a href=https://885law.com/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e7%a7%9f%e8%b3%83/ target=_blank class=draft--a>房屋</a>供<a href=https://885law.com/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e7%a7%9f%e8%b3%83/ target=_blank class=draft--a>違反法令</a>之使用時。<br>五、<a href=https://885law.com/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e7%a7%9f%e8%b3%83/ target=_blank class=draft--a>承租人違反租賃契約</a>時。<br>六、<a href=https://885law.com/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e7%a7%9f%e8%b3%83/ target=_blank class=draft--a>承租人損壞出租人</a>之<a href=https://885law.com/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e7%a7%9f%e8%b3%83/ target=_blank class=draft--a>房屋或附著財物</a>,而不為相當之<a href=https://885law.com/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e7%a7%9f%e8%b3%83/ target=_blank
