元宵北京有動作,燈節准探不准放

I was wrong. I predicted the 14 Taiwanese might be released before the Lantern Festival or February 17 today.  If Beijing did so, it shows CCP supports MYJ.
Yet, I was right.  Beijing did decide on time.  It agreed, if MOJ is not telling a lie, the families to visit those detained Taiwanese.  Apparently, Beijing does not support to MYJ that much though Ma has done too many for them.
Maybe this is the main reason delaying MYJ's state visit to Africa nations?

Beijing to arrange for families to visit detained Taiwan nationalsICRT2011.02.17

The Ministry of Justice says Beijing has agreed to allow family members of the 14 Taiwan nationals deported to China by the Philippines to visit them.
Justice officials say relatives of the 14 will be allowed to file applications for such visits with the ministry -- which will coordinate with Chinese authorities to allow such visits.
The M-O-J says the move is in accordance with a cross-strait agreement on joint crime-fighting and judicial assistance.
As of yesterday, none of the suspects' family members have applied to travel to China to visit them.
The M-O-J says Chinese authorities have yet to agree to a request to have the 14 extradited to Taiwan to stand trial for cross-border fraud.
