Cask no. 3782 (10YO: 2007-2018)
Vanilla, honey, mango with a hint of mineral tone. Bright, vibrant finish! A decent example of a bourbon cask whisky. One of @quentin.tsai & @jim.xero favorite!
Cask no. 3790 (12YO: 2007-2020)
Vanilla, apple, grape (more noticeable with a few drops of water) maple syrup, lemon zest. Long syrupy finish. The extra two years really made a difference!
