New York (CNN) — Chipmaking giant Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company plans to invest at least $100 billion to grow its US manufacturing operations, President Donald Trump announced from the White House on Monday alongside the firm’s CEO C.C. Wei, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick and White House AI and Crypto Czar David Sacks. （紐約 （CNN）—晶片製造業巨擘台灣積體電路製造公司（TSMC）計劃投資至少1000億美元，以擴展其在美國的製造業務。美國川普總統週一在白宮與該公司執行長魏哲家、商務部長霍華德·盧特尼克以及白宮人工智慧與加密貨幣特派官員大衛·薩克斯一同宣布這項消息。）
