1. 骨頭 Bones
- 末節指骨 Distal phalanx
- 中節指骨 Middle phalanx
這兩塊小骨頭承載所有精細動作。

2. 韌帶 Ligaments
- 側副韌帶 Collateral ligaments(負責左右穩定)

深層屈肌腱負責指尖彎曲,像拿牙籤、撕膠帶、抓糖果,全靠它。
