從這週開始生活又恢復回過去的單調，且類似隱居的狀況。

若沒甚麼事情，可能一整天下來都不會說出一句話。

去年曾長達好幾個月，幾乎每天都沒有說話，結果常常會耳鳴。

詢問了醫生，原來，說話，也是一個復健運動。

不說話，聲帶萎縮，因為沒有適當地訓練相關肌肉，長久沒有使用，沒有運動，肌肉也就像我們身上的肥肉那樣，懶得動，之後就忘了可以怎麼動。

看來，要把拉開喉嚨，引吭高歌的事情排上日程。

昨晚線上聽了一場公開班課程，關於榮格與史坦納，關於心理學，很有意思。

太多專有名詞，聽不懂。

只能一邊寫下來，一邊慢慢查，但看了，又記不起來。

難怪，上個月有機會詢問了一位懂得利用易經，看八字的老師，對方說若我要再繼續進修，念書，拿文憑，需要非常，非常，非常，非常認真，才有一點點機會。

既然如此，那就純學興趣，學知識，這樣也讓自己得以輕鬆自在的學習。

Starting this week, life returns to its previous monotony, resembling a state of seclusion.

Last year, there were several months during which I hardly spoke, resulting in frequent tinnitus.

Upon consulting a doctor, I learned that speaking is a form of rehabilitative exercise.

Not speaking causes the vocal cords to atrophy due to lack of proper muscle training.

Without use or exercise, the muscles, like unused fat, become lazy and eventually forget how to move.

It seems that scheduling time to open up and sing is necessary.

Last night, I attended an online public lecture about Jung and Steiner, focusing on psychology.

It was very interesting but filled with so many specialized terms that I couldn’t understand.

I had to jot them down and look them up slowly, but even after reading, I couldn’t remember them.

No wonder, last month, I had the chance to consult a master skilled in using the I Ching and reading Bazi.

They mentioned that if I wanted to pursue further studies, earn a degree, I would need to be extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely diligent, and even then, the chances would be slim.

Given this, I’ll focus purely on learning for interest and knowledge, allowing myself to learn in a relaxed manner.
