You cannot hope to create peace and harmony in the world until you have found peace and harmony within. You have to start with yourself. You have to start in a small way and let it grow and expand. A mighty oak tree has its beginnings in a tiny acorn, and yet within that tiny acorn it contains everything. You, so why not let it grow and expand within until it no longer can be contained and bursts forth, bringing peace and harmony into the world? It starts within you, so be consciously aware of the vitally important part which you have to play to help bring peace and harmony into the world. Never stand back and blame anyone else for the state of the world, but get into action and do something about it yourself. Now, be at perfect peace as you do My will and walk in My ways, glorifying Me.

　　我無法對在外在世界創建和諧與寧靜抱有希望，直到我找到了內在的和諧與寧靜。我必須得從自己開始。我得以很小的方式開始，然後讓它成長、擴展。一棵巨大的橡樹是從一顆小小的橡子開始的，然而在那顆小橡子之內包羅了一切。我，所以為什麼不讓它在內在成長、擴展，直到再也容納不下它，於是綻放開來，將和諧與寧靜帶給這世界？

　　它從我的內在開始，所以去有意識地覺察到這至關重要的部分，我需要幫助這個部分去給世界帶來和諧與寧靜。絕不往後站，然後將這世界的狀態怪罪於其他人，而是立即行動起來，自己去為此做些什麼。現在，在這完美的寧靜之中，榮耀上天，因我做著上天的意願，行在上天的道上。
